WHAT IS THE AUSTRALIAN SCREEN TESTS?
The Australian Screen Tests is a world-class event known to industry professionals as the biggest “go-see” on the Australian Film Industry calendar. The Australian Screen Tests gives casting professionals from around the world the opportunity to source both established and new Australian talent in one place at one time. It is not a pageant or talent show. It is a series of auditions for casting directors and agents to see Australian actors of all ages.
The goal of The Australian Screen Tests is to increase each individual actor’s exposure in the entertainment industry and to show the world the talent that Australia has on offer. Our hope is that unrepresented actors will get signed by one of the reputable agents that we have invited to the event. All actors, both represented and unrepresented, will benefit from being seen by some of the industry’s leading casting professionals. Informative workshops and free seminars will help develop and hone the actor’s skills and provide important information regarding the entertainment industry. Our exhibition space will highlight products and services of interest to the acting community.

All profits go to the Cancer Council.
