HOW TO ENTER

1. READ THE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Entries are accepted subject to the Rules and Regulations. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that he or she has read and understood the Rules and Reglations BEFORE entering. The entrant must also read the guidelines specific to the section he or she wishes to enter.

2. CHOOSE THE SECTION(S) YOU WISH TO ENTER

If you are new to the industry and do not have an agent, you will choose a section from the Seeking Representation category.

If you have representation, you will choose a section from the Represented Talent Category.

If you have representation but are seeking new representation, you can enter either category, but please make sure that you alert your agent to this as it is the courteous thing to do.

3. UPDATE YOUR HEADSHOTS

Every entrant will be required to provide one or more colour headshots or full-length photographs.  The section descriptions will let you know what type of photo is required.

The photographs must be professionally taken and in colour.  They must be submitted digitally in the standard 8 x 10 headshot size and no larger than 300KB.

All photos must include the entrant’s first and last name in the file name. For example, Jane Doe’s primary headshot should be named janedoeheadshot1.jpeg.

Headshots should be a tight shot (from the top of the head to the breastbone). Please avoid makeup, jewellery or props. This is a headshot NOT a portrait.

4. COMPLETE THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM BY MIDNIGHT SUNDAY 15 NOVEMBER 2009

The online entry form can be found on the AST home page.

Please note that all entries are final.  There are no refunds for cancellations, no shows or missed sections.
